I found an operations manager who has a 9 years experience in the BPO industry in my comment section and I decided to hire him to become our quality assurance manager for Tier One. His first challenge? Run the DOTA 2 team and design a system that our players can follow which can hopefully help them improve everyday. I believe that habits turn into Behavior, behavior to personality.. this is why instilling the right values and practices in and out of the game for every player is one of my priority for team amplfy.
