Medal Hunter Kicks Off Its First Season of Epic Fury Campaign

Medal Hunter has barely been out for two weeks, and it’s already changing how its progression works. So, Medal Hunter launched globally on July 30th for mobile, and now it’s kicking off its first season with the Epic Fury Campaign.

If you’ve been playing since launch, the nine core operations are basically the training ground for all of this. They take you through different conflicts and battlefields while you learn the mechanics, figure out different ways of engaging targets, and get better at handling increasingly difficult encounters.

Once you’ve cleared all nine operations and collected at least 1,500 medals, you’re ready for the next step. It’s the Epic Fury Campaign, which gives Medal Hunter a different rhythm. It brings new locations, challenges, objectives and rewards gradually.

The first season drops you into a fictional conflict inspired by contemporary events in the Middle East. Things start in Danbar in Iran, and then the Campaign moves through Dubai and the Strait of Hormuz. The three locations are split across nine different districts.

There’s also a new way to fight because of C-RAM, which becomes the fourth shooting mode in Medal Hunter. It changes how you approach combat and brings its own set of skills.

The first season of Epic Fury Campaign runs for 28 days in Medal Hunter. But the entire map isn’t available right away. You have to earn Campaign Medals through earlier battles to unlock access to new districts.

During the last four days of the 28-day Campaign, Conquest kicks off. It then turns into direct competition. All nine districts become available, with each one getting its own leaderboard. The player at the top of each leaderboard takes control of that district.

And once the Campaign is over, the results don’t just disappear. Special distinctions and medals earned during the season remain permanently attached to player profiles in the Hall of Fame. So, check out Medal Hunter on the Google Play Store.
