Mine Your Way to the Void in Voidloop, Out Now on Mobile

Most of us gamers have played Stardew Valley, right? But are you one of those who spent too much time hanging around the mines in Stardew Valley instead of actually farming? Then, Voidloop is probably going to grab your attention.

So, Voidloop is a mining adventure that mixes roguelite progression with incremental mechanics. You play as a lonely Void Spirit that wandered way too far from home, and now the only way back is straight down.

Every trip sends you into constantly changing caves full of enemies, rare loot, hazards, and resources. Your goal is to keep pushing deeper until you eventually make your way home at the bottom of the cave.

The camp acts as your little home base between runs, where you can catch your breath before diving back in again. And the caves aren’t all the same either. There are five different cave biomes, each with procedurally generated floors, their own hazards, and different resources to collect.

Every run in Voidloop is a race against the clock because you’re trying to reach floor 20 of each cave before time runs out. Back at camp, you can trade, craft, and upgrade your spirit with the Blacksmith, the Shopkeeper, and the Witch helping you out.

Will you get into the Voidloop?

Over time, you’ll mine, fight, and collect more than 60 unique items while unlocking over 100 upgrades and 34 different skills. You constantly smash rocks for materials and mostly deal with melee enemies, ranged enemies, and jumpy enemies while attacking with your sword and a set of magic skills.

There’s also a skill tree in Voidloop. Every achievement you complete gives you one skill point. On top of that, there’s an Alchemy system that lets you brew potions with different buffs. Like one increases the amount of resources you collect, one improves resource quality, and one gives you more time on each floor.

Voidloop is now available on the Google Play Store for $1.99. It offers full controller support.
