What Is Vow Of Resurgence?

The Vow Of Resurgence is one of Type Soul’s Soul Vows. These are abilities that offer a trade-off, an additional challenge or a debuff in exchange for greater rewards if you can live up to what the vow requires from you.

In the case of Vow Of Resurgence, it rewards putting yourself near death. You have a 5% debuff on all of your stats by default. However, if you reach a near-death state, you’ll have an anime moment and gain a 15% stat boost and a health bump. This comes at a price, though. In this state, your health will drain constantly, and once it hits 0, that’s it for you properly this time. So you’d better make sure that you can finish the fight quickly.

How To Get Vow Of Resurgence

As far as we can tell, Vow Of Resurgence is winnable by taking part in the Soul Wars gameplay mode. This is accessible through the matchmaking mode from the menu, though make sure that you’re far along in your game progression when you seek it out, because you will just be booted off the Matchmaking server if your character is not up to scratch.
