Anime Defenders Risky Dice Guide

As the name implies, these dice offer you a gamble with risky rewards. The Risky Dice allows you to reroll the grades of your unit. However, the previous rank becomes overwritten regardless of whether the newly rolled rank is better or worse.

It is a high-risk, high-reward process which you should consider heavily before committing to. For this, I’d recommend stockpiling multiple Risky Dice before beginning your rolls so that you have backups.

How To Get Risky Dice

You obtain Risky Dice in two ways, either through quests or by purchasing them with Robux. To keep your game F2P friendly, I’d recommend checking out the Daily Quests, Weekly Quests and Infinite Quests to earn your Risky Dice.

When you have a sum of Dice, head to the Summons area in the lobby and interact with the “Rank Reroll” area. Here, you can input a Unit and check their current grades across a few categories.

• Damage – Raw attack potential
• Cooldown – The time between each moveset performance
• Range – How far a unit can reach

The Dice will reroll each category for a new rank unless you use a Frost Bind to hold a rank in place whilst the other categories reroll for a new grade.

Worthiness Explanation

Another thing to consider during this process is your unit’s Worthiness. The higher your unit’s Worthiness, the better chance to obtain a stronger grade during a reroll. For every 100 kills during a Tower Defense match, your unit will gain +1% of Worthiness.

When you reroll for a grade, your unit’s Worthiness will reset to null. So I recommend grinding a few matches first for the best chances to get a good grade on your first roll, to not waste your Worthiness or multiple Risky Dice.
