While details of the partnership in terms of length and financial value haven’t been disclosed at the time of writing, it will be activated through content and behind-the-scenes insights.

FURIA currently fields teams in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Fortnite, and PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. The partnership, however, only covers the first two aforementioned titles.

Kevin Wimer, CMO of Rivalry discussed the partnership in a release: “We are incredibly proud to announce our partnership with FURIA. We plan on supporting the CSGO community and Brazilian esports for a long time. We hope that the players and fans alike will enjoy the exciting benefits of this partnership in the future.”

Rivalry is also partnered with journalist Richard Lewis, DETONA GAMING, and Fnatic – the latter of which was renewed through 2021 in a six-figure deal. FURIA welcomes the bookmaker to its roster of partners alongside Nike, HyperX, Clear Shampoo, and GamersCard.

Esports Insider says: FURIA will be key to Rivalry tapping into the Brazilian market, one which undoubtedly has a passionate fan base. The details are slim on the partnership as of now so it’s hard to get too excited about it, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on how it pans out over the next few months.
