Owned by Andbox, the parent company of Overwatch League’s New York Excelsior, the Subliners’ name, logo, and colours have been revealed. Like our city, our team is built from the ground up to be a movement that challenges the mainstream and the status quo. Our name resists definition, but it stands for all who subvert the rules and play the game their way. We thrive on high pressure, high stakes, and high intensity.” Its primary colours are yellow and navy blue, with the logo symbolizing “a weapon and a provocation; a crosshair and a moving target.” New York Subliners is comprised of Thomas “ZooMaa” Paparatto, Donovan “Temp” Laroda, Lamar “Accuracy” Abedi, Trei “Zer0” Morris, Dillon “Attach” Price, and Doug “Censor” Martin. John “Revan” Boble and JP Krez are on board as Coach and Analyst, respectively. Esports Insider says: It’s received a lot of ridicule and criticism already but we’re glad that Andbox has been creative and decided to do something different. While it may not connect with everybody straight away, we have a feeling that the Subliners will be a grower as the inaugural season goes on.
