Face Monster Hunter’s Iconic Monsters In Resident Evil Survival Unit 

There are plenty of collabs that you don’t see coming, but make sense when you think about it. 

One of these arrives July 2nd, as Monster Hunter monsters prowl the streets of Resident Evil Survival Unit from Aniplex and JOYCITY, and you’ll have the chance to take them down in this new limited-edition collab event. 

Throughout July you’ll be able to hunt the great beasts as part of a unique co-op experience. There, you’ll go up against monsters like the Yian Kut-Ku and its distinctive fanned headgear, or Rathalos, the terrible dragon-like King Of The Skies. 

Recruit The Hunters

If that sounds a little daunting when you’re mostly used to zombies, don’t worry. Help is available. Along with the monsters you’ll find some collab-exclusive Heroes from the universe of Monster Hunter, who do know a thing or two about bringing down gigantic hostile wildlife. 

Aside from hunting the monsters themselves, you’ll also get the chance to take part in the other activity you think of when Monster Hunter is mentioned, the food. You’ll be collecting meat from your kills and grilling it into dishes for exclusive rewards. 

Yes, there are plenty of rewards. You’ll have a chance to snag all kinds of limited edition cosmetics, including special skins bases and squads based on the series. 

Don’t forget, though. The collab ends 29th, so if you are gunning for the cosmetics you’ll only have a few weeks of hunting to get hold of them.
