Point-and-Click Adventure Fragment Zero: The Escape Is Out Now

Fragment Zero: The Escape is out now on mobile. It’s a new chapter in the Legacy-series-universe, the mobile puzzle games. In case, you haven’t played them yet, the series spans five titles, including Legacy: The Lost Pyramid, Legacy 2, Legacy 3, Legacy 4, and Legacy – Rewakening.

With Fragment Zero: The Escape, returning players can dig into the deeper lore and piece together more of the larger legacy behind it. And if you are new to the series, you can still play the new game and treat it as a standalone adventure without needing to play the previous games first.

Fragment Zero: The Escape is an old-school point-and-click adventure

The setup starts with a letter. Albert needs your help finding his missing son, Gabriel. Since you’re an archaeologist, you’ve got the expertise needed to make sense of the clues he left behind. But when you arrive, Albert is missing, too.

Albert, Ingrid, and Gabriel were a family of scientists who spent years living in isolation inside an abandoned castle while researching near-magical crystals hidden throughout the place. His ambition leads him to construct a machine with way more power than he could control.

After that, Fragment Zero: The Escape drops you into a forgotten, almost out-of-time world. It’s full of ancient mechanisms, hidden objects, hidden rooms, and enough secrets. There are no enemies chasing you around and no time limits hanging over your head.

There’s an in-game camera too. If you find a complicated code, pattern, or other clue, you can take a photo and save it in the journal you carry around. There’s a hint system as well as a Skip option that lets you move on to the next puzzle.

The opening section of Fragment Zero: The Escape is free to play. You can unlock the rest of the adventure with a one-time purchase. So, grab it from the Google Play Store.
