Dark, Story-Driven Adventure MORAX: A Horror Story Launches Its First Three Episodes on Mobile

Meshcut, an independent studio based in Melbourne, has released its latest project, MORAX: A Horror Story. The story unfolds in three chapters, or rather episodes, as the devs call them. A dark, narrative-focused adventure, it centres on memory loss, identity, and psychological dread.

The premise puts you inside a decaying, ruined building. The protagonist awakens with no recollection of how he arrived there. Surrounded only by the dead, you must guide the man through collapsing corridors and bloodstained spaces.

The three parts of MORAX: A Horror Story are now available

MORAX: A Horror Story – Part 1, introduces the central mystery. Progression revolves around exploration, scripted events, and encounters with unsettling characters. You attempt to understand who the protagonist is and why he has been placed in such a nightmarish setting.

Part 2 continues directly from the ending of the first chapter. The once nameless man is now a man on a mission. He follows a fragile thread from his past to a new and deeply unsettling location. Although the immediate nightmare of the ruined building has ended, the larger mystery continues.

This chapter introduces new hostile entities watching from the darkness and brings back a familiar monster. The key difference is that you’re no longer completely defenseless. You can arm yourself, solve riddles, and confront the horrors blocking the path to reclaiming your identity.

MORAX: A Horror Story – Part 3 brings back the amnesiac protagonist, Sina. This chapter delves into darker territory involving ancient rituals, demonic beings, and buried trauma. It centres on The Sun Church, a location tied to Sina’s greatest trauma.

He faces the mysterious leader Fanus Nomud and is dragged into the Church’s secret and dangerous underground areas. You battle demonic entities such as the skeptical Asmodeus and the desperate creature Khkhkh using improvised weapons.
