If you’re into auto battlers, there’s a new contender that you’ll want to keep an eye on. It’s League of Masters: Auto Chess. Before I give you a detailed lowdown on the game’s features and elements, let me tell you this. League of Masters: Auto Chess has soft launched in Canada for Android.

Published by ActionPay, it’s a free-to-play game where you get elves and jinn and chess-like grids. The game will also be available for iOS and Steam in the coming months. Although League of Masters: Auto Chess has soft launched, there’s no official word yet on the global release date.

What Is League of Masters?

League of Masters: Auto Chess has over 50 characters and 12 unique commanders. It’s an auto battler genre but with a unique twist. You dive into a world where elves, orcs, dwarves and jinn roamed the land thousands of years ago.

The gameplay is dynamic and quick-paced, with battles lasting between 15 to 20 minutes. You’ll need to assemble your squad and maximize their strengths. There’s even a fighters’ shop where you can buy more heroes to boost your ranks.

You get PvP and PvE modes where you can rally your forces. The PvE campaign lets you dive into chaotic battles, while the PvP mode offers a chance to raid enemy castles or face off against other players. On that note, catch a glimpse of the game below!

Have You Played Any Auto Chess Games Before?

For those who are new to this genre, you might be wondering what’s an auto battler. Well, an auto battler, also called auto chess, is a type of strategy game where you set up your characters on a grid-like board. Yes, much like Chess.

During the prep phase, you position your characters. Then they automatically battle the other team’s characters without you having to do anything else. No, don’t confuse it with an idle game. In an auto battler, you actively set up your team and strategy during the preparation phase, but the battles themselves play out automatically. On the other hand, in idle games, the gameplay continues and progresses even when you’re not actively playing.

Anyway, if you’re in Canada, you now know that League of Masters: Auto Chess has soft launched there. So, do try it out from the Google Play Store. Let’s hope this one drops for the global players soon.
