Clash of Clans x WWE Collab Returns with a Hunt for John Cena by Cody Rhodes

Clash of Clans is going full WWE again. After last year’s WrestleMania 41-themed event, this time it’s a giant game of Where’s John Cena? The Clash of Clans x WWE collab runs for the entire month of September, letting you grab some pretty ridiculous rewards along the way.

The new Clash of Clans x WWE event is called WWE: Search for Cena

The hunt for John Cena is officially on. Cody Rhodes is recruiting Clash of Clans players along with a bunch of WWE Superstars to track down Cena’s village. For rewards, you’ll earn Challenger Contracts from WWE Chests, which give you a shot at attacking Cena’s base.

By the way, Cody isn’t searching for Cena alone. It’s more like Cody Rhodes’ personal search squad as a bunch of other WWE Superstars are joining the search party. Six WWE Superstars have been turned into Clash of Clans Hero characters.

The first is, of course, Cody Rhodes returning as the Barbarian King. Alexa Bliss is the Archer Queen, The Undertaker is the Grand Warden, IYO SKY is the Royal Champion, Jey Uso is the Minion Prince, and Kane is the Dragon Duke.

Cena’s loot-filled base will be popping up for players to discover during their daily raids. The more you raid, the better your chances of actually finding the elusive WWE Legend. If you manage to successfully raid his base, you can also earn a one-time-only Cody Rhodes statue for your own village.

The rivalry moves from the ring into the villages

The Cody and Cena rivalry getting dragged into Clash of Clans makes way more sense when you know these two have apparently been playing the game for years. Both WWE stars are long-time Clash of Clans players, and Cody Rhodes has been playing for a decade.
