Anime-Style Action RPG with Voxel-Sandbox Exploration, ALLfiring, Is Out Now!

The publisher of Elpis: Fallen Star and Haze Reverb, Genmugame, has dropped its latest game, ALLfiring, on mobile. An action RPG, there’s a dying world, mysterious ruins, dangerous monsters, and one poor person stuck carrying the last bit of hope left alive.

The game throws you into a dark fantasy setting where the world has already gone badly wrong. You end up becoming the last keeper of a fading flame while trying to uncover forgotten history and stop everything from collapsing completely.

The world in ALLfiring jumps between frozen wilderness areas, ancient forests, ruined locations, and busy cities. Every region hides secrets, hidden paths, buried stories, and old ruins to dig through. And the maps offer a voxel-style sandbox exploration.

So, there’s no running in a straight line from quest marker to quest marker. Instead, the game pushes layered environments, platforming sections, hidden treasure, environmental puzzles, and object interaction.

Combat side-scrolling action with a three-character switching system. So, you swap teammates in real time during fights, chain attacks together, use different abilities, and build a team around how you want battles to flow.

The companion system has tons of anime-style characters. Each of them comes with their own abilities, personality, story content, artwork, and animated scenes. You can check out the game on the Google Play Store.

ALLfiring got people talking

While the reaction to the game has been quite positive based on its looks and gameplay, it’s not these factors that are bugging most players. Genmugame, the publisher, has a bad reputation for shafting global versions of games.

Previously, both Haze Reverb and Elpis apparently ended up with rough treatment outside their original Asian-region releases. They reduced in-game rewards and cut event incentives, which obviously made lots of global players frustrated. While neither game has met its EOS yet, it’s still concerning.

Let’s just hope that ALLfiring doesn’t meet the same fate. Meanwhile, read our next news on The Red Cathedral: Digital Mobile Edition of the Hit Board Game.
