The update sees the debut of a new limited 5-star Trekker named Otoha. She is an Umbra-Element Versatile Trekker. She functions both as a primary damage dealer and as a support option.

Her combat style leans into a stealth-driven theme, using a concealed blade hidden inside a parasol. Her abilities focus on boosting damage output for Umbra allies while also delivering wide-area attacks that can clear groups of enemies in one push.

Alongside Otoha, a new 5-star Disc called Petals of Blooming Mirage is in the recruitment pool for a limited time. The item is a complement to Umbra-focused team setups. It evokes a surreal floral landscape under a night sky while hinting at tension within Otoha’s story.

Solitary Waltz in Nights Embrace also brings a set of login-based rewards to Stella Sora. A celebratory log-in event will run in parallel, offering items for daily participation. Rewards include the 5-star celebratory Disc Traces of Starlight, Night Blossom Limited Tickets, and Drop of Purity. It also offers other items, such as Cerulean Tickets, Sprout Tickets, and Runic Discs.

Several gameplay modes are also part of the update

These include Fatebound Stellar Deck, Summit Show, and a greater difficulty challenge mode titled A Finale Echoing. A new feature Emblem Tempering lets you modify and enhance the Affix effects of Emblems using the item Drop of Purity.

At the same time, the Ascension mode is being expanded with the addition of Difficulty Level 8 and new Monolith Research nodes. To complement these changes, a Potential Presets system is out. This feature enables you to configure, save, share, and import different Potential builds.
