Dead by Daylight is Getting a Silent Hill Crossover Event From October 26th

Dead by Daylight, the ultra-popular asymmetrical 4v1 multiplayer game from Behaviour Interactive, is partnering up with the Silent Hill franchise for a Halloween crossover event.

Due on October the 26th, the update will add two new characters: Cheryl Mason, a survivor who used to be called Heather when she belonged to an evil religious cult, and Pyramid Head, a.k.a. The Executioner, a merciless killer with a hulking blade.

For those unfamiliar with the Silent Hill franchise, it first hit the shelves all the way back in 1999. The game is set in the eponymous town of Silent Hill, which is trapped in the thrall of a death cult, resulting in all sorts of gory shenanigans.

“We are so thrilled to have the legendary Silent Hill join the ranks of Dead by Daylight Mobile”, writes Dead by Daylight product manager in the press release. “We are huge fans of the franchise and to know that mobile players can survive and kill as these iconic characters is a huge milestone for us, one that we are very proud of.”

You can download Dead by Daylight for free right now on the Google Play Store.
