VR eSports – An Overview with Hasko7, the Echo Mom

In late 2018, we had the pleasure of welcoming Sonya Haskins in our Mixed Reality studio. Sonya was introduced to virtual reality in April 2017 and she immediately fell in love with the technology. Known among the gaming community as Hasko7, she has invested countless hours promoting VR esports, the leagues, players, and games. She enjoys welcoming new players to the virtual universe, leading to the nicknames “Echo Mom” and “VR Mom.”

Hasko7 writes regularly for vr.eslgaming.com and VR Fitness Insider, as well as VRespawn.com, where she is senior editor. In addition to promoting VR esports, Hasko7 writes and speaks about the positive impacts VR is having on our society – from improvements in physical or mental health to benefits in education, business, travel, and more.
