Craft, Survive, and Build Your Clan in New Cosy Sim In Next Life

In Next Life is a new survival crafting game from the Swedish developer Dual Decade. Their previous game on mobile includes You are Hope. The latest title is a cute-looking multiplayer game, which is about building something that lasts longer than your character does.

In Next Life revolves around short lives

The main aspect of the game is teamwork, apart from survival. You spawn in as a baby, completely helpless. If other players don’t step in to help you survive those first few minutes, that life can end really fast.

If you make it through, you grow up, become an adult, and start contributing to your group. That includes crafting tools, gathering resources, and figuring out how not to let everyone starve. It slowly pushes your little society forward. Then eventually you die. That’s not failure here, that’s just how the game works.

But you reincarnate! Yes, you come back. You can choose to be reborn into the same clan, continuing your own legacy, sometimes even as your own descendant. Or you can just drop into a completely different group and see what progress they’ve got going on.

Either way, what you did before doesn’t disappear. The stuff you made, like tools or discoveries, sticks around. Even though each life is short, the experience you gain carries over. So, over time, you get better at crafting, more efficient, more useful to whatever tribe you end up in.

Coming to the activities in In Next Life, you can craft, collect, cook, and use hundreds of different objects. Customisation lets you apply colours to clothes, buildings, and furniture. You can mix multiple colours on a single item, too.

You can technically play alone, but it’s going to be rough. In Next Life is more about forming clans and tribes, splitting up tasks, and working together to move forward. That’s how you unlock better tech and move from the Stone Age into the Bronze Age and eventually the Iron Age. Grab In Next Life from the Google Play Store.
