With a cute lineup of Sanrio faces, the event will run from March 10th to March 29th, 2026. It brings the pastel aesthetic and upbeat tone of Hello Kitty and Friends to the coin looter title. Welcome Hello Kitty to MONOPOLY GO! During the event, you’ll encounter redesigned versions of several mini-games. Partners returns with a cosmetic overhaul that lets participants team up with friends. You get to spin a wheel, accumulate shared points, and construct Hello Kitty–themed attractions in exchange for rewards. Racers adopts a Sanrio motif as well. The competitive, team-based dice-rolling mode turns into a contest with character-inspired cars based on Hello Kitty, Keroppi, Cinnamoroll, and Kuromi. You’ll see them all speeding across vividly decorated tracks. Treasures Dig will feature themed environments and custom tools while offering collectible items from Hello Kitty and Friends merch. Deluxe Drop is also part of the collaboration, bringing charming visuals and character-driven design. Meet the new characters The MONOPOLY GO x Hello Kitty event features Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Keroppi, Pompompurin, Pochacco, and Kuromi. They’re each integrated into boards, animations, and rewards. It all plays out in a softer, friendship-focused tone associated with Sanrio’s supercute characters. Collectibles are a major part of the MONOPOLY GO x Hello Kitty crossover. A Hello Kitty and Friends sticker set featuring nine stickers will be available. You can even trade it with friends to unlock in-game prizes. The update also introduces themed tokens that you can customise with dress-up accessories through the new style token feature. Additional cosmetic items include themed shields, dice, and emojis highlighting Hello Kitty and Friends characters and their companions.
