Tickets for Counter-Strike’s second Major of 2026 went on sale on February 25th, 2026, and quickly sparked backlash among members of the community hoping to see the world’s best Counter-Strike teams in action. Keep Reading PGL Major Singapore 2026 ticket sale details released PGL to host Counter-Strike 2 Major in Singapore in 2026 PGL partners with Secretlab for 2026 season Taking place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium from December 10th to 13th, ticket prices start at $144 (~£106) for the first day of Playoff action, before increasing to $369 (~£272) for the final day when the champion will be crowned. Notably, PGL hasn’t released any multi-day tickets enabling fans to attend all four days of the Playoffs with a single purchase. Additionally, there are no premium ticket options available like at other Tier 1 Counter-Strike tournaments organised by other tournament organisers. “This is the worst ticketing I’ve ever seen for an esports event,” wrote one frustrated fan on social media. “Are you guys going to release multi-day tickets and sectional seating?” Another community member compared the prices of Singapore Major tickets to those of BLAST.tv Austin Major from 2025. They wrote: “$771 plus fees compared to Austin at $250. You also have to queue for each of the four days, as there is no four-day ticket. This is the greediest money grab I have ever seen.” Due to high ticket prices, Singaporean fans attending the Major are concerned that PGL’s pricing could damage the country’s reputation. One fan wrote: “It’s genuinely so upsetting that PGL’s greed may not only cost us a good Major, but flat out ruin my country/region’s reputation in the community as well as chances of ever getting another S-tier event again.” The Rise Of CS2 Ticket Prices Following the Austin Major, ticket prices for Counter-Strike’s crowning events have continued to climb. For the IEM Cologne Major taking place in June, four-day tickets started at €319 (~£277), with tickets for premium reserved seating for the entirety of the playoffs costing €999 (~£870). With fans continuing to criticise the high ticket prices, it will be interesting to see whether PGL offers more affordable options for those hoping to attend the final Tier 1 tournament of 2026.
