24 Feb Mobile Gaming Garden Horizons Weather Guide February 24, 2026 Posted by GataGames Leave a comment Garden Horizons officially went public this weekend, and as you might expect from the number of Grow A Garden articles we’ve done in the past, we were beyond eager to get stuck in and help you start your new gardening career seamlessly. In this guide, we’re looking at the Garden Horizons weather system, what it is, and why it’s importat. Garden Horizons Weather Guide We’re going to hopefully put this all in a logical order from here. What Is Weather? Weather is a short event that will affect the gardens of any players on a server. These often give valuable mutations, though they’re usually only around for a short period of time. Only crops that are out in the garden during the weather event have a chance to receive mutations. These will show up at random usually, though can be triggered by direct activation from game admins. Weathers In The Game As of the last time we checked, the game has the following possible weathers. Rain Rain begins to fall. It’s pretty serene. +25% crop growth speed. Chance for crops to gain the Soaked (1.2x) Mutation, or the Flooded Mutation (1.8x) Snow Snow begins to fall from the sky. If Christmas weren’t already over, it’d feel very festive. Chance for crops to gain the Snowy (2.0x) or Chilled (1.5x) mutations. Thunder Causes flashes of lightning and rumbling thunder. Chance for crops to gain the Shocked mutation for a 4.5x multiplier. Fog Where did everybody go? Chance for crops to gain the Foggy mutation for a 1.2x multiplier. Sandstorm Aaaaah! It’s in my eyes! Chance for crops to gain the Sandy mutation for a 2.5x multiplier. Starfall Meteors that don’t blow up your garden. Chance for crops to gain the Starstruck mutation for a 6.5x multiplier. These are all the ones we’ve confirmed so far. We’ll be adding more weathers to the guide as we confirm them in-game, so watch this space for more info as it comes in. FAQ In this bit, we go over any other questions that might come up on the topic, or stuff surrounding it. Will Garden Horizons have admin weathers? Admin-only weathers are a staple of Grow A Garden admin abuse events, but we haven’t got any positive confirmation that admin weathers will feature heavily in Garden Horizons. We know admin can activate regular weathers, as we saw it during launch, but we haven’t confirmed admin-only weathers. We’ll update this answer if we hear anything different. Are weathers a good thing? Weather is, in general, a completely positive event. They give beneficial mutations that can increase the value of crops. What are mutations? Mutations are extra traits that crops might get while they’re actively in the garden. They increase the crop’s sale value, some more than others. You can have multiple mutations happening at one time, so the more the better. Do weather mutations stack? Yes, mutations from weather can stack, and synergize especially well with Ripe and Lush mutations from the ripening mechanic, as these will multiply the value of the base crop price, plus any weather mutations too, making those mutations worth up to three times as much.
