02 Feb GameNews Pokemon Go February 2026 Events: Raid Bosses, Spotlight Hours, Community Day, And More February 2, 2026 Posted by GataGames Leave a comment It’s the final month of Pokemon Go’s Precious Paths season, and the mobile game is wrapping it up with a variety of big events over the next few weeks. In addition to new Raid bosses and Spotlight Hours, the game is hosting a Community Day starring both Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix, while the Paldean Pokemon Flamigo is set to make its debut as part of a Carnival of Flamigo event. That’s not all that’s happening in the mobile game this month. Pokemon Go’s annual Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year celebrations also return, and the game is closing out the season with the global Pokemon Go Tour: Kalos event. You can read more about all of this month’s biggest events below. February Raid Schedule A new slate of legendary and Mega Pokemon are coming to Raids in February. Dialga and Palkia are returning to five-star Raids during the first half of the month, with Solgaleo and Lunala following in the second half. Mega Raids, meanwhile, will see the return of Mega Pidgeot, Mega Sableye, and Mega Absol, while Shadow Regigigas will make an appearance as a Shadow Raid boss. Every Tuesday evening from 6-7 PM local time, one species of Pokemon will appear in the wild more frequently than usual. On top of that, you’ll earn an extra bonus for participating in the event, such as double candy or XP for catching Pokemon. From 2-5 PM local time, Vulpix and Alolan Vulpix will both appear in the wild more frequently, and you’ll have increased odds of encountering shiny versions of them. On top of that, the game will offer event-themed Field Research tasks; completing these will net you various rewards, including Stardust, Ultra Balls, and more Vulpix encounters. Like other Community Days, Vulpix will also be able to learn an event-exclusive attack if you can evolve it within a certain time frame. Any Kantonian Vulpix that you evolve into Ninetales before 9 PM local time will learn Energy Ball, while Alolan Vulpix will learn Chilling Water upon evolving. Rounding out the event are a variety of bonuses. You’ll earn triple XP and double candy each time you catch Pokemon, and players level 31 and above will be twice as likely to get a Candy XL as well. Any Incense and Lure Modules that you use during the event will also last longer than usual, and trades will cost 50 percent less Stardust for the day. You’ll have a chance to encounter the flying/fighting Pokemon in the wild throughout the event, and each time you catch one, you’ll earn an additional 500 Stardust. Other Pokemon like Lotad, Buneary, and Pikipek will also be appearing more frequently, and there will be event-themed Field and Timed Research tasks to complete. Beyond that, a few bonuses will be available. Incense and Daily Adventure Incense will both last twice as long as usual when used during the event, and you’ll also have increased odds of encountering shiny versions of Lotad, Spritzee, and Pikipek. Not only will you have increased odds of encountering a shiny Oricorio, you’ll also earn extra bonuses if you perform Nice Throws or better. Throughout the event, Pokemon like male and female Nidoran, Furfrou, and Audino will appear in the wild more frequently, while Cleffa, Igglybuff, Cherubi, and others will be more likely to hatch from 7 km eggs. This year, the game is also adding a new trim for Furfrou; for the first time, you’ll be able to change your Furfrou to a Heart Trim. On top of the featured Pokemon, event-themed Field Research tasks will also be available, as will a global challenge. If players around the globe manage to collectively send enough gifts to friends, the game will unlock three additional bonuses for the remainder of the event. Road To Kalos To help you prepare for the upcoming Pokemon Go Tour, the game is holding a Road to Kalos event from February 23-27. Each day of the event, Pokemon from a specific region will appear more frequently in the wild and Raids. Not only that, but you’ll also have a chance to get a special background when you successfully defeat and catch a Raid boss. A few bonuses will also be active throughout the entire event. Eggs you place in Incubators will hatch in half the distance they normally require, and the amount of Remote Raid Passes you can hold will be increased to 30.
