Evo Defense: Merge TD has launched worldwide on Android. It’s a tower defense game with merge and roguelike elements. Brought to mobile by Blue Planet Joy, the launch follows more than 1 million global pre-registrations.

The game is set in a frozen world where snow falls while monsters rise. You play as a reluctant royal leader facing a sudden monster invasion. So, you defend a threatened planet by summoning, merging, and evolving a roster of small.

What makes the game likeable is the visually light-hearted heroes who survive endless enemy waves. The art direction leans into a cute and accessible style, with chubby heroes, funny gestures and humorous fights.

But don’t get me wrong, the combat is real. Evo Defense: Merge TD is built on Triple Randomness. According to the devs, it’s a system with random hero summons, random skill enhancements, and random 2-in-1 merging. It ensures that each match unfolds differently, even when players approach encounters with similar goals.

Meanwhile, the build system combines King, Heroes, Weapon, Totem, Cloak, and Fort into a single framework. You adapt on the fly, making meaningful choices every 10 seconds as monster attributes shift and new threats appear.
