Coffee Brewing and Heart-to-Heart Talking Sim Visual Novel Coffee Talk Is Coming to Android Soon!

Chorus Worldwide has confirmed that Coffee Talk, the coffee brewing indie sim and visual novel, is coming to Android. Developed by Indonesian indie studio Toge Productions, the title made its original debut in January 2020. It was available across platforms like Microsoft Windows, macOS, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

What’s the setting?

Coffee Talk is about a barista who owns and operates a small coffee shop in Seattle, Washington. An urban fantasy version of the real world, here humans coexist with elves, orcs, mermaids, succubi, aliens, and other fantasy races.

The barista is the sole employee in the café. She spends late nights listening to customers talk through their personal struggles while preparing drinks from the available ingredients. Each day functions as a vignette in which different characters stop by, interact with one another, and reveal their stories.

The game’s branching storylines are influenced by how you serve the café customers and which drinks you prepare. Conversations range from a dramatic romance between an elf and a succubus to an alien attempting to understand everyday human life.

Coffee Talk on Android is 100% visually appealing

The original lo-fi chillhop soundtrack was produced by Andrew Jeremy. And it perfectly contributes to the game’s subdued tone alongside selections of jazzy and lo-fi music. You can learn more about it on the official website.

Outside of Android, the Coffee Talk series has expanded already since the original release. A sequel, Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly, launched in April 2023. Additionally, a spin-off titled Coffee Talk Tokyo is set to release in March 2026.
