It’s The Biggleboss Incident, which already launched on Steam and iOS earlier this year. The title is a narrative-driven point-and-click adventure in a corporate setting. Funny and fun but short The Biggleboss Incident is set inside the headquarters of Biggleboss Inc., a corporate office spread across two dozen floors. You take on the role of Tom Baron, a middle manager who starts the day by sneaking into work late. In the workplace, he finds bureaucracy, strange internal rules, and increasingly surreal events take over. All of these push Tom into situations where progress often comes from failing upward. His situation is complicated further by the looming Project AGER pitch, something he hasn’t even begun and does not fully understand. On the surface, Biggleboss Inc. insists that there’s nothing sinister happening within its walls, at least according to the company motto. However, Tom’s journey suggests otherwise. You’ll find a boatload of fetch quests and warnings delivered by a mysterious voice echoing through the air vents. As Tom tries to reach his desk without drawing the attention of Mr Biggleboss, questions naturally pile up about what is really happening at the company. He wonders how it all connects to him and why the workday seems determined to spiral into something even stranger. The Biggleboss Incident has some amazing features The game is fully voiced, with 13 actors performing a total of 18 characters across the story. All dialogue is fully voiced, accompanied by numerous animations, cutscenes, and smaller interactive touches that flesh out the office environment. You’ll find moments of mild peril, puzzle-solving, and responsibility-dodging. The devs describe it as a bit of Monkey Island and Office Space. They also included hints of Metal Gear Solid, a Kafkaesque take on 1984, and workplace satire reminiscent of Dilbert. The Biggleboss Incident is a actually a satire, repeatedly poking at the emptiness and absurdity of corporate culture. It’s now available on the Google Play Store.
