How to Obtain the Fisch Santas Miracle Rod

You get this rod as a reward when completing the fifth quest that Santa gives you during the Fischmas 2025 event. We already have a Fisch Santa Quests guide that goes into detail on these quests, but I’ll give you the short and sweet version below.

• Find Santa and return him to the Workshop.
  • You can find him on the right-hand side of the Overgrowth Caves in the Northern Expedition.
• Catch 5 Gingerbread Men and 2 Glasses of Eggnog.
• Catch 3 Santa’s Presents.
• Catch 6 Hot Cocoas.
• Deliver 10 presents to Snowmen at Glacial Ridge and Trade 10 Presents with other players.
  • Completing this gives you Santa’s Miracle Rod!
• Catch the Northstar Whale.

Rod Stats

That’s a lot of quests for a single rod! Luckily, the grind is worth it, as this rod has high stats and a large control bar, making catching fish a lot easier.

• Lure Speed: 125%
• Luck: 125%
• Control: 0.25
• Resilience: 25%
• Max KG: Infinite KG

Passive Abilities

If the stats didn’t tempt you, perhaps the passives will! Keep in mind that all the mutations you get from this rod are exclusive to Fischmas, so if you don’t have this rod after Fischmas ends, you won’t be able to get the mutations anymore.

• 20% chance for the Santa mutation.
• 10% chance for one of three mutations:
  • Merry (5x value increase)
  • Peppermint (5x value increase)
  • Gingerbread (5x value increase)
• 10% chance to gift the fish you catch to all players currently on your server.
  • This will not have any mutations, and the weight will be random.
• When fishing using this rod, presents will fall across the fishing bar. Catching these presents with the fishing bar will grant +10% progress.
