29 Nov eSport NODWIN Gaming acquires Trinity Gaming November 29, 2024 Posted by GataGames Leave a comment Image credit: NODWIN Gaming Indian esports and gaming company NODWIN Gaming has expanded its business portfolio by acquiring gaming agency Trinity Gaming. As a fully owned subsidiary of NODWIN Gaming, Trinity Gaming is aiming to expand its its reach and capabilities within the Indian gaming and content ecosystem. According to a release, the deal to acquire Trinity Gaming is valued at INR 24 Crore (~£2.2m). The acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Trinity will be a combination of a secondary sale as well as a stock swap of NODWIN Gaming shares for a total consideration of up to INR 24 Crores. The consideration would be payable partly by way of cash consideration up to INR 4.8 Crores (~£447,000) and a balance of INR 19.2 Crores (~£1.79m) by way of swap of equity shares of Nodwin Gaming. As part of this deal, Trinity Gaming’s founders would become shareholders of NODWIN Gaming. The final part of the acquisition will see Trinity Gaming expand its own reach, under the NODWIN banner, to new markets including Africa, South East Asia, Central Asia and the Middle East. NODWIN Gaming also aims to merge its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity and have the founders of Trinity lead it. The newest addition to NODWIN Gaming, Trinity Gaming, was founded in 2019 and quickly established itself in India’s gaming influencer market, the company is a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta and the only Gaming MCN (Multi-channel Network) for YouTube Gaming in India. Trinity currently manages over 1,000 creators across the country and has partnerships with brands such as Samsung, Realme, iQOO and Krafton.
