Sorcery Domain Clash Guide

A Domain Clash (also known as Domain Clashing) is exactly what it says. It is when two players use their Domain Expansion at the exact same time. Timing is key with this, so it may take a while to master. We say it’s up to two… but we have seen up to four other players clashing!

How To Win

If you aren’t sure you’ve entered a Domain Clash, it’s very easy to tell. If you hit the timing perfectly, a cutscene will play out showing you and the other player side by side with your domains battling it out in the background.

Once in a Domain Clash, you will see a line of letters at the bottom of your screen. To win, you must type the correct letters in the order they are shown (read from left to right) before the bar drains.

If you manage it faster than your opponent, you win and will activate your Domain Expansion. If they out-type you, they win and instead they get to set off their Domain, and you get the heap of damage that comes with it.

How To Get Domain Expansion

If you want a more in-depth explanation of how to get a Domain Expansion, take a look at the guide I linked above. However, if you prefer it short and sweet, I’ll give you a run down here too.

Before you can get a Domain Expansion, you must be at level 150. The level caps at 99 and the only way to push past this is to successfully win a round in the Sorcery Culling Games. After you win, you will be able to level up past 99 and reach 150.

Now you’re at the required level, find a quiet area to meditate (press M to do this). This takes between 5 to 20 minutes. If you get interrupted, you’ll need to start again. Once the meditation is complete, you will get a Domain Expansion after the next time you die.
