Warcraft Rumble Drops Season 9 With New Cenarion Leader Ysera

Warcraft Rumble has dropped its Season 9 update. It has a few surprises tied to its one-year anniversary, which coincides with the latter part of the season. Blizzard might even be slipping into Season 10 by the time the anniversary celebrations begin. After all, celebrating ‘one year and ten seasons’ certainly has a nice ring to it.

So, What’s In Store?

The big news for Season 9 is the arrival of Ysera, the newest Cenarion Leader in Warcraft Rumble. Ysera is bringing a unique style to the game as you actually can’t directly play her. But while she’s slumbering in the Emerald Dream, she adds four new Minis to your arsenal.

Ysera’s Emerald Minis include Innervate and Hibernate. Innervate is a spell that gives you four bonus gold over ten seconds. Hibernate can put enemies to sleep for eight seconds, though they’ll wake up if they take damage.

The Ysera Mini Event is running till October 15th where you can unlock her and her powerful abilities. During this event, you’ll complete challenges to earn tickets that can be traded for Cenarion Tomes, Ysera Stars and G.R.I.D Overrides.

So, grab Ysera before she becomes available in the G.R.I.D in Season 10.

Season 9 Also Brings Some Fun New Emotes To Warcraft Rumble

The Angry Chicken Emote is up for grabs as a PvP reward. While the Banshee Scream Emote will be earnable via the guild War Chest.

Also, Hallows End will see the rise of the Headless Horseman in Warcraft Rumble Season 9. Completing challenges will net you bat-themed rewards, new Minis, cosmetics and other spooky goodies.

There’s also a new siege to look forward to. You’ll get a chance to lay siege to Ironforge, facing off against dwarf assassins in the vault. You’ll also get to battle Mekkatorque in the Deeprun Tram and confront Magni Bronzebeard in the throne room.

For those keeping tabs on the event schedule, here’s the lowdown. Stormwind Siege runs from October 9-15 and Molten Core takes place from October 23-29. Grab Warcraft Rumble from the Google Play Store.
