How To Get Golden Boy

Golden Boy is a Secret unit, and isn’t available from the normal like some Secret units are. He’s also not tradable, so you cannot get him through trading. As of Update 6, there is only one way to get Golden Boy. That is by completing a Secret Golden Knight Portal. These are the rarest kind of Golden Knight Portal. You can earn them by completing Golden Knight Portals of lesser rarity.

Once you have a Secret Golden Knight Portal, you need to complete the special stage. If you’re the host, you should earn Golden Boy, if you’re just hopping into someone else’s portal to help out, you may get the unit.. but no promises!

About Golden Boy

Now let’s get into what we do know about the new unit.

• Golden Boy is a Hybrid unit, so can hit both ground and flying enemies.
• You can upgrade him 11 times.
• His passive ability inflicts the Burn status effect onto enemies, dealing 5% damage periodically after scoring a successful attack.
• You can evolve Golden Boy into Golden Adult with the Primordial Gem. You can make this at the crafting station in the lobby with the following components.
  • 3 Rainbow Star Rifts
  • 7 Red Star Rifts
  • 7 Green Star Rifts
  • 250 Phoenix Feathers
  • 10 Radiant Guardian Units
  • 5 Golden Emperor Units
  • 30,000 Gold
