Armenia-based esports organisation Virtus.pro has extended its partnership with Italian sportswear brand Kappa.

To coincide with the partnership, Virtus.pro and Kappa have unveiled a new clothing collection.

ESI Lisbon 2024

Simply called Kappa × Virtus.pro, the collection includes four items: a long-sleeve shirt and three T-shirts. To add a feeling of authenticity, each item has been assigned a unique number. The clothing will also look to utilise the identities of both Virtus.pro and Kappa, including typographic compositions based on slogans from both brands.

According to a release, the new collection looks to highlight self-expression as well as ‘breaking free from limitations and stereotypes.’ This is the second clothing collaboration between Virtus.pro and Kappa, with the brands’ last collection launching last year

Alongside the collection, Vitus.pro also launched a new campaign on August 12th. Featuring various Virtus.pro players, the ‘Winning Starts Within’ campaign follows the players in a Kappa x Virtus.pro boot camp. During the campaign, the players receive gear from the collection and gain guidance to improve their skills.

Nikolai Petrossian, CEO of Virtus.pro, commented on the partnership: “We are pleased to announce the continuation of our successful collaboration with Kappa. This partnership has proven beneficial in all aspects. For Kappa, with its masterful approach to clothing design, we have served as a gateway into the young and ambitious world of esports, resulting in a new unique style.

“The collaboration emphasises our commitment to combining the spirit of sports with modern looks and reflects our values and ambitions. We are confident that this collection will highlight the individuality of our fans and all enthusiasts of both esports and stylish sportswear!”

Virtus.pro has noted that the collection will be available for purchase on the Sportmaster and Urban Vibes websites and apps.

Alongside Kappa, Virtus.Pro’s other commercial partners include betting company Winline, accessories brand Thunderobot and META Cybersport.
