The Game of Life 2 Brings ‘Up-To-Date Life Choices’ to Android, Temporarily on Sale

The Game of Life 2 has arrived on the Google Play Store.

Developed by Marmalade Game Studio, which has a portfolio of classic board games on mobile, The Game of Life 2 follows the blueprint of its iconic predecessor.

That means you’ll spend your time rolling dice to progress around a board, encountering the kinds of obstacles and opportunities the average person might expect to encounter during their lifetime.

In the case of this sequel, those opportunities include becoming a Video Blogger, as well as the more traditional pathways of Engineer, Brain Surgeon, and Pop Star. You’ve also got a greater choice of general priorities, from personal happiness to straight up wealth (like there’s a difference).

There are two worlds in the game: Classic Eco City and Fairytale Kingdom. And you can visit these worlds either alone against the AI or with friends online – which is currently the only medically recommended way to play board games. There’s pass and play too, of course, for when the virus retreats.

The Game of Life 2 is available on the Google Play Store right now for $2.99, down from its usual price of $3.99.
