Gwent: The Witcher Card Game’s Latest Major Update Adds the Season of Magic

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has just been updated to version 6.3. The update adds a number of visual and audio improvements, as well as a new season, called Season of Magic. 

The new content comprises a seasonal change and number of bundles, including Season of Love, the Overgrown bundle, and the Earth pack. There’s also a new move whereby playing a special card allows you to automatically play the same card again straight afterwards once per turn.

In addition to the new update developer CD Projekt has also revealed a new expansion, due out on June the 30th. Master Mirror will feature 70 new cards, and you can pre-order it right now in-game, depending on where you’re playing.

Gwent: The Witcher Card Game started life as a mini-game in The Witcher 3 before making its way to several platforms as a standalone game. You can download it for free on Android right now.
