The organisation announced the decision on April 1st through Twitter, though HLTV.org and Cybersport.ru have confirmed it’s genuine. Perhaps the highlight of AVANGAR’s existence was placing second at the StarLadder Berlin CS:GO Major in 2019. The team also won the likes of BLAST Pro Series: Moscow, DreamHack Open Rio de Janeiro, and WePlay! Forge of Masters Season 1 – all in 2019. Long time ago they’ve been creating local fanclubs, but today they are filling the stadium fansites — in motherland and abroad. “AVANGAR has grown along with you and we can’t find the exact amount of words to describe how thankful we are to the community watching our plays, visiting matches, fan meetings and even spamming their favorite copypastas in the chat. See you around.” Esports Insider says: It’s always a shame to see organisations close doors, especially when they’ve started to achieve impressive feats. Despite that, the people behind AVANGAR seem to have another goal that will keep them in esports so it’s not a complete loss. One has to question the demand for esports venues in Kazakhstan at this time, though. Read The Esports Journal Source link Facebook Twitter Google Email Pinterest
