PS Plus Drops To $40 In Limited-Time PS4 Deal

A new month brings another round of PS4 free games for PlayStation Plus members, and the latest batch of freebies is available now on PSN. If you’ve been looking to renew your PS Plus subscription or just want to extend it at the best price, there’s a great deal available right now that knocks the price of a 12-month PS Plus membership, which normally sells for $60, down to $40.

Over at Newegg, you can get a year of PS Plus on sale by using promo code EMCDFDH32. To get the deal, add the PS Plus membership code to your cart, apply the promo code at checkout, and you’ll see $20 discounted off the price. You’ll receive the code via email, which can then be redeemed in the PlayStation Store to immediately begin your subscription. If you already have a membership, it’ll be extended by 12 months.

It looks like this deal is only available for two days, ending after Wednesday, so don’t wait if you need to renew. A 12-month PS Plus subscription rarely drops below $40.

PS Plus grants access to online multiplayer as well as free monthly games. Starting today, members can claim BioShock: The Collection, which includes remastered versions of the original BioShock as well as BioShock 2 and BioShock Infinite. You can also claim The Sims 4 and Firewall Zero Hour (PSVR) for free. February’s free PS Plus games are available until March 3.
