It’s called This Ain’t Even Poker, Ya Joker, developed by solo developer Mash. You flip cards to earn money, expand your hand, buy new decks, unlock upgrades, discover new cards, and the loop continues. This Ain’t Even Poker, Ya Joker offers long-term progress The game revolves around flipping cards to form poker hands, which generate gold based on the strength of the combinations. That gold becomes the core resource that you use to purchase a wide variety of upgrades. Upgrades include bonuses that increase gold earned per combo, expeditions that search for new rare cards, and access to a special shop that sells powerful Joker cards. You need to earn enough gold to eventually generate chips. You can obtain the chips by resetting the progression, essentially starting over, but gaining a permanent currency in return. As you become stronger, you unlock a rune shop that lets you attach damage to the cards. Eventually, after collecting enough poker chips and unlocking many powerful upgrades, the game enters its final phase. It introduces another upgrade tree focused on Runes that empower cards so you can defeat the Jester. There’s a setting The game is set in a strange carnival where you’re trapped in the Jester’s domain, and the ultimate objective is to defeat him and escape.
