Another strategy title based on the famous Chinese historical period has arrived on mobile. Three Kingdoms: Grand Strategy is now available on Android. It takes you back to the turbulent years that followed the collapse of the Han dynasty.

Three Kingdoms: Grand Strategy focuses on leadership, battlefield planning, and political manoeuvring. You guide your chosen faction toward control of the region. You begin with a relatively small foothold and gradually attempt to expand your influence outward.

Building armies is a major part of the process. Commanders recruit well-known generals associated with the historical conflict. Each officer contributes different abilities and strengths, so the outcome of battles often depends on assembling a balanced group of leaders.

Battles require deliberate planning and an understanding of how opposing forces operate. Positioning, timing, and the selection of commanders can all determine whether a faction wins or loses.

Expanding infrastructure, managing resources, and strengthening cities are also part of the long-term progress. Gradually increasing territorial control across the map reflects the historical ambition of unifying the divided lands under a single ruler.

Alliances between factions can offer temporary breathing room, especially during the early stages when resources and armies remain limited. However, rival leaders frequently shift loyalties if it means gaining an advantage.

Three Kingdoms: Grand Strategy is now available on the Google Play Store. It’s free to play with optional in-app purchases. The launch update includes a new Event Gacha centred on Zhuge Liang. It also introduces an Equipment system with a new Forge Item to expand how you handle gear within the game and a Tower Mode.
