Finnish game developer Supercell has unveiled the roadmap for the 2026 Brawl Stars esports season.

The roadmap has revealed six online seasons and three in-person events taking place from February to October before the season-ending World Finals.

Unveiled on January 26th, the upcoming Brawl Stars Championship season is open to all players who can earn qualification to monthly qualifiers through the in-game Championship Challenge event. Teams that earn 15 wins before scoring three defeats earn a place in the monthly qualifiers.

The top eight teams from the monthly qualifiers advance to the Monthly Finals for a chance to compete for prize money and leaderboard points, which determine the teams appearing at the Brawl Cup, Last-Chance Qualifier, and the World Finals.

The roadmap reveals that the Brawl Cup will take place in May, with the Last-Chance Qualifiers occurring in October before the World Finals conclude the season in November. The events will take place “in three locations new to Brawl esports.”

In addition to information on the season format and how players can qualify for high-profile events, the roadmap also confirmed a $2m (~£1.46m) prize pool distributed throughout the season.

Brawl Stars Esports In 2026

The 2026 Brawl Stars esports scene is set to be one of the largest mobile circuits running over the next 12 months. In December 2025, Supercell joined forces with tournament organiser BLAST to operate the title’s ecosystem.

Similar to 2025, the ecosystem will include five regions, giving players from EMEA, the Americas, APAC, and China an opportunity to compete.

Following the success of 2024’s World Final, Brawl Stars cemented itself as one of the largest mobile esports titles in the world. Thanks to its in-game qualification, the title continues to provide a pathway for all players to compete at its events against some of the best teams in the world.
