We’ve broken the tips guide up into sections about what’s involved.

Orders

• The order for preparing a shawarma goes:
  • Lavash
  • Sauce
  • Cheese
  • Salad
  • Chicken
• If you get a message that something is missing, it probably means you forgot the can of… Bepsi? Go and get it from the cooler behind you. (You should avoid getting this message though, as some players report losing the Perfect ending over this message.)
• Some customers might ask for two shawarma.
• Customers might give special requests, not grilled, no onions, large, that kind of thing. You don’t need to do anything different with these orders, you will always make the shawarma exactly the same way each time.
• You can only cut more meat from the meat trompo if you’ve run out of meat in the tray.
• Only the meat will run out, other ingredients will last indefinitely, so don’t worry about any other restocks.

Anomalous Customers

This section covers how to work out who to serve and who to deny service to.

• Always check CCTV. You can check while the customer is still talking. If there’s anything that’s off on one of the four views, you can shut the shutter.
• Don’t forget to check the nightvision.
• Pay attention to the dialogue from the customer. If that seems strange, they might be an anomaly.
• If something isn’t clear on CCTV, it’s usually safe to go out and check a customer more closely. This is handy for things like the broken textures and back holes anomalies.
• Just because you’ve seen a particular NPC and they’ve been normal in the past doesn’t mean they’re always a regular customer. Some seemingly normal customers have an anomaly variant version of them, so always make the checks.

Anomalous Events

This section covers things that are strange, but aren’t anomalous customers.

• During the meat event. (Where the mean begins making noise.) You can avoid getting grabbed by the meat and getting a penalty if you act quickly. As soon as you hear the noise, run to switch off the grill and leave the kiosk for a short while. You can turn it on again afterwards. If you react too slowly, you risk getting grabbed.
• When Michael Myers appears, serve him, but do not open the door.
• Give the Smiling Man a soda. If you give him food, he will start lurking out back, and you won’t be able to close the back door.
• Unless you want the special ending, stash the package from the Smiling Man under the counter.
• During The Narrator you can choose to ignore The Narrator completely to get through the event.
• It’s easy to tell when to leave for the Inspection event. Your screen will turn red to show you need to get out.
• Looking back towards the kiosk during The Inspection is not a good idea.

Misc

Anything that doesn’t fit into the categories above goes here.

• You can make five mistakes before The Inspector is fully summoned. However, if you have any levels of Inspector but zero then you can’t get the Perfect ending for that shift, so you’ll have to start over if you want it.
