Luckily, you don’t need to travel all the way to the North Pole to obtain the Fisch North Pole Rod. However, you do need to obtain a few items before you can get this rod, as this is one of the many craftable rods available! Our guide breaks it down and explains everything you need to know.

How to Obtain the Fisch North Pole Rod

This rod requires you to craft it with the following items:

• x1 Frozen Frostwyrm
  • Caught in the Boreal Pines
  • You can get the Frozen mutation in the following ways:
    • Artic, Summit, Fallen Snowblade, and Cryolash Rod
    • Fishing naturally
    • Appraisal
    • Frost Moon event
    • Snowstorm Admin event
• x2 Essence of Starfrosts
  • Caught during a Frost Moon Event
• x1 Frostbitten Northstar Whale
  • Caught in the Northstar Village
  • You can get the Frostbitten mutation in the following ways:
    • Maelstrom
    • Frost Moon event

However, you will also need 15,000 Bells, and you must be level 500+. Bells are the event currency of Fischmas 2025, and luckily, we already have a How To Get Bells In Fisch guide that goes through the best ways.

In short, selling Fischmas Fisch to the Merchant is the best way. However, you can also get Bells by opening Presents and completing quests.

As this rod is available during Fischmas 2025, it means that once the event ends, you won’t be able to get it anymore. Make sure you start leveling up and saving up on Bells so you can get it before it’s too late.

  • This increases value by 10x

• When the fish is inside the fishing bar, there will be +50% forced progress speed
