Karmine Corp CEO claims profitability for second year in a row

Karmine Corp CEO, Arthur Perticoz, has shared insights into the organisation’s competitive and financial performance in 2024, claiming that it achieved profitability for the second year in a row.

According to a post on Perticoz’s personal LinkedIn, the French esports organisation recorded a surplus balance on player transfers and a 70% increase in revenue growth, up from 65% in 2023.

Founded in 2020 by Twitch streamers Kamel ‘Kameto’ Kebir and Zouhair ‘Kotei’ Darji, Karmine Corp has formed notable rosters across VALORANT, League of Legends, Fortnite, Teamfight Tactics (TFT), Rocket League and fighting games.

As highlighted by the organisation’s CEO, KC accomplished several competitive milestones throughout 2024, including its first tier-one VALORANT trophy, winning the VCT 2024: EMEA Kickoff. Karmine Corp’s League of Legends team also placed fourth during last year’s LEC Summer split after purchasing the majority of Astralis’ slot in the league in 2023.

Perticoz further elaborated on the various revenue streams that enabled Karmine Corp to achieve its 2024 financial record. These included its efforts in merchandise and apparel, entertainment and brand collaborations.

The CEO claimed that the esports organisation sold a record number of jerseys in 2024. Moreover, it released the team’s most successful collection via numbers sold with the KC x Celio apparel drop.

In terms of entertainment and community building, KC’s most notable successes were the launch of its 3,000-seater esports arena in Evry, France, as well as the fourth edition of its flagship community event, KCX4. According to esports data platform Esports Charts, the event saw 174,136 viewers at its peak.

Diversifying its offering further, the organisation created its dedicated mobile application and the Blue Heart initiative. The charity project aims to support causes that fight inequality in collaboration with the non-profit Epic Foundation.

In addition, KC benefitted from several revenue-sharing models in partnership with publishers and tournament organisers. According to Perticoz, the company’s League of Legends and VALORANT team bundles became the best-selling and third-best-selling in Europe, respectively.

In the 2025 LEC’s Winter Regular Season split, Karmine Corp is currently at the top of the scoreboard, tied with KOI and Fnatic. However, its VALORANT roster was unable to qualify for the game’s first international event, following an early elimination from VCT EMEA Kickoff.

It was announced in December 2024, that Arthur Perticoz will officially step down as CEO of the French organisation on January 31st. However, he noted that he will remain involved with the Karmine Corp and its strategic direction.
