The new agency, Yume Talent, is a UK-based company with the goal of delivering exclusive management for talent. Yume has already several secured key esports talents including content creator Marc ‘Caedrel’ Lamont, esports hosts Eefje ‘Sjokz’ Depoortere and Laure ‘”‘Bulii’ Valée, as well as racing content creator and sim racer Jimmy Broadbent. Mitsuoko Anderson has over 10 years of experience in marketing with a special focus on talent management. According to her LinkedIn profile, Anderson worked at the marketing agency Code Red Esports, starting as a Campaign executive and becoming Head of Campaign Management before joining DotX in October 2021 through Morgan Sports Law, a boutique law firm devoted to sports arbitration and litigation. At Yume, Anderson will be managing some of the most prominent and followed talents in the European esports scene. Eefje Depoortere and Laure Valée are mainly known for hosting major esports events, including the latest League of Legends World Championship, which just broke the record for the highest viewed esports event ever. Formerly a professional player in the LEC for teams including Excel Esports and H2k, Caedrel is one of the most popular co-streamers in the League of Legends esports scene and currently represents Fnatic as a content creator. According to data platform Esports Charts, Lamont reached a peak of 402,505 viewers on his stream during the LoL World Championship Final between T1 and BLG.
