Why Should I Enter The Culling Games?

The Culling Games is a way to test your skills, but most importantly it’s a way to advance your character in ways you can’t any other way. Here are a few good reasons to enter The Culling Games.

• Surpassing The Level Cap – Leveling through Missions is capped at 99. Entering the Culling Games lets you level beyond that.
• Gaining Reverse Cursed Technique – Winning at The Culling Games lets you unlock Reverse Cursed Technique, which lets you self-heal and restore severed limbs mid-battle. Handy!
• Getting Special Grade – Coming out of a round of Culling Games in one piece gives you the honor of the Special Grade title, and lets you be the envy of all other grades.

How Do I Enter The Culling Games?

You can enter The Culling Games by heading into the Open World area from the Hideout. You catch the train and head to the city, where you should see a large misty gateway with the text ‘Culling Games’ over the top. Head in to enter. However, you should be Level 99 before you do this! That means grinding the Missions until you’re at the level cap. This doesn’t take an incredibly long time, so you won’t need to wait for too long.

How Do I Win The Culling Games?

The Culling Games are a no-holds-barred free-for-all battle royale where everyone fights for themselves. Fortunately, you don’t need to do the full Hunger Games and take out everyone else on the field.

You only need to take out one other player to earn your place in the winner’s circle. The trouble is… so does everyone else!

Each game has eight players, and lasts for 40 minutes. For every player taken out, 5 minutes is knocked off the timer. When the timer reaches zero, you can extract from the area and win.

Here are a few tips!

• Don’t over-stretch. You only need to take out one other player to win, so don’t get greedy. Take out one other and then try to play it safe.
• Use your Cursed Sense. You can hit E+N to activate Cursed Sense to detect who is nearby. This can help you find targets, and also identify someone trying to creep up on you. When you’re not in combat, hit it frequently to get some idea of what’s going on around you.
• Cursed Sense works both ways. Keep in mind that other players can locate you too with their own Cursed Sense. This makes hiding a lot harder. If you’re trying to wait out the clock, keep on the move and try to move away from players to get out of the range of their sense radius. This might not help too much if your opponent has Six Eyes, though.
