As Worlds 2024 is taking place across three host cities, Mercedes-Benz will use its latest G-Class model to carry the trophy between the venues, including the Grand Finals in London, England. This will also serve as a promotion for the electric G-Class, the latest version of one of the most notable Mercedes-Benz models ever, in production since 1979. The car brand has modified an existing G-Class through its MANUFAKTUR programme to include various League of Legends details, such as the Worlds logo stitched in the interior and a trunk designed around the Summoner’s Cup, the Worlds Trophy. Mercedes-Benz will also provide the winning team with a set of Worlds champion rings and will launch a new campaign globally to celebrate its partnership with Riot Games and the event.
