Expect a welcoming, intimate atmosphere with an interactive programme that will help ignite meaningful conversations and nurture authentic relationships. Join this session to dive into the ecosystems and communities of practice that support successful scholastic esports programmes, discussing how they can be used to provide young people with valuable opportunities to develop teamwork, leadership and communication skills. In this rapid-fire workshop Will Avery, a Commercial Strategist at UNiDAYS, will cover UNiDAYS’ mission in one minute, what they’re doing in gaming in another minute, then in under five minutes explain why they’re pivoting to gaming as a passion point to talk to their target demographic. What follows will be a candid discussion on those points, picking apart the details and arriving on a best practice for connecting to the next generation through gaming — with actionable takeaways for brands & stakeholders far and wide.
