About Shelly

Shelly is a Toon with a spiral shell for a head, with a face on it. She is one of the main Toons, appearing in a lot of the publicity material.

Abilities

Shelly has the following abilities:

• Inspiration
  • Activating Inspiration buffs another targeted Toon. This Toon gains an impressive 75% bonus on Extraction Speed for the next 15 seconds. Shelly can do this once every minute.
• Problem Solver
  • A passive ability gives Shelly a 25% speed boost for 10 seconds after any Machines are completed.

How To Get Shelly

Shelly is available through the Toon Shop, she costs 4250 Ichor. You also need to fulfill the following conditions.

• Complete all Mastery Quests for Tisha.
  • First, you need to unlock one of the other new Toons, Tisha. Once you have Tisha, you’ll need to check her Mastery section in the Toon section and complete them all.
• 100% Research on Twisted Shelly
  • To get this, you need to encounter the Twisted version of Shelly while out on runs. This is a bit of a dangerous activity, because Twisted Shelly is a very dangerous Twisted, with her ability to give everyone a Confusion status effect, and rather fast movement. No pressure.
