Clover Retribution 4 Leaf Grimoire Guide

Your odds of receiving a 3-leafed grimoire are almost a guarantee unless you’re part of the lucky few who get the exceptionally rare 4-leaf grimoire. In short, a Grimoire is something all players attain to get their magical ability if they choose to wield magic in combat.

When receiving your Grimoire, you have a 1% chance of getting the 4-leaf. Those who get a 4-leaf Grimoire receive extra skills and scaling buffs depending on their magic type. Not all magic types are affected by the 4-leaf Grimoire, but those that are see size, damage, range and a few other odd stats boosted.

4-Leaf Grimoire Magics

Now, let’s go over each Magic type impacted by the 4-leaf Grimoire!

• Healing [COMMON] – Unlocks the Death Ward move. Recovers 25% of HP for allies in an AoE when they reach 0% HP.
• Flame [EPIC] – Unlocks the move Vermilion Blaze Mane. Summons a lion’s head made of fire which breathes fire on enemies before despawning.
• Lightning [EPIC] – Unlocks the Thunder God’s Attire move. TGA coats the player’s body in lightning increasing movement speed and changing their M1 move which scales on their INT whilst the move is active.
• Void [LEGENDARY] – Unlocks the Black Hole move. A black hole casts and sucks in enemies dealing tick damage before exploding dealing additional damage.
• Water [LEGENDARY] – Maelstrom Surge move revives a huge scaling and mastery if used with the 4-leaf Grimoire but isn’t an exclusive move to this Grimoire.
• Blood [MYTHIC] – Gets the additional move Crimson Hydra. A blood-like snake follows the player and attacks enemies in its range.
• World Tree [MYTHIC] – Every 70 seconds with the Grimoire present a shield will cast for you and your party accounting for 75% of your INT stat. When the shield is broken a seed takes its place and regenerates 0.5% of mana for every player who steps over it.
