This powerful elixir allows players to Titan Shift regardless depending on their Family Lineage (since not all families can Titan Shift). To get your hands on it, you first need to reach an A- Grade. Then, you have the opportunity to tackle the Aberrant game mode.
Aberrant is the current hardest game mode within AOT: Revolution. During this, you encounter 59 Titans to slaughter ranging from Pure, Abnormal and Crawlers. If that seems easy enough, the Titan Serum enjoys a measly 0.079% drop rate.
Fret not, you can improve your luck using multiple boosters. Or, earn the Crown obtained from completing the Scout Feats Achievement path. Wearing the Crown befit for Champions will boost your luck by a generous 7.9%.
