Rolling Skull Warrior

Skull Warrior is a Mythic Unit. He shows up in the normal gacha banners, at least currently. You have only a 0.25% chance of rolling one per Summon. You can only roll when the character is active in a banner, something you can check at the Summon stand in the lobby.
